    but the info/clause that I posted is not about the Underwriter having an avenue of withdrawal.
    1.8 gives the Company the right to withdraw the rights issue.. also,I believe ...
    Thanks for pointing out your finding which is quite different to my observation.
    We are talking about two different ways the Rights issue maynot proceed, i believe.
