SSN doesn't make a point of reporting every single hydrocarbon show, they wait til the end and they know what they have. Usually its a case of "spud... we've reached TD... its flowing at x barrels per day". I remember CTP made a big point of every hydrocarbon show in a recent drill, that turned out well.

Yes it may be a duster, or it may not be a duster, we don't know at this stage. The whole point of running a wireline is to find out what's down the well, until then anything said is speculation and nothing more. To say it IS a duster like you're stating fact is misleading, unless there's an announcement I've missed saying it was or you're trading on inside information?

There's no reason to run a wireline if they already know the result.
