There has been much written about how much the price of PVs have fallen/are falling, but this does seem to be a big fall. I would like to see some external verification of this figure.
also, the 20 -30 c/kwh seems a little high. last I heard it was 17c, but I was not going to quibble on that, as that price is definatly rising too.
