this is why Scorp says I don't think much of Rod. The date for short fall is 21 Dec 2010. Unprofessional don't you think. Also, this Cr seem very rushed with very short lead times. Why? and how long has Rod been planing for this as he only recently raised $1.2m from SI's.

The only good thing is , Cygnet will carry the can and Rod will produce a big announcement after the CR so Cygnet makes its money and offloads the shortfall. Be ready. Last time it hit 1.5c when he did this.
