I was seriously looking at loading up and buying back into ALY. I invested into ALY when they floated and was lucky to get out at the start of the year after some disappointing announcement and after talking to he directors etc.

The fact that they acquired the land adjacent to ALY and with a script deal was a great for shareholders and the company. And with 3.5m already in cash ALY were well positioned to move forward through out 2012.
But releasing very vague details to place 80 Million shares to sophisticated investors, for no explanation really makes me wonder what the companies intentions are going forward.

I wish i could post positive posts about this company, however i am just outlining my thoughts.
