Terrific 3rd qtr from Nevsun's Bisha mine....108k ozs sold at an average of over $1700. Cash costs at about $264 per oz. Nevsun mkt.cap is over $1bn, cf CHN at $70m. Even if CHN only manage to achieve their current target of 100k oz pa, albeit at a slightly higher cost (ie grades at Bisha are currently around 8.45 gpt, CHN 5.1 gpt) it is selling at a huge discount to Nevsun....yes, I know they have a lot of hurdles to jump through before they actually start producing, and the gold price could be either dramatically lower (or higher!) but they do look cheap at current levels.
