i wish i am a director in key!

If I was a director in key, I will fix my life in one year.
This is what I would do:

1- I will give my self a salary of 300,000$.
2- I will setup a oil consultancy firm and consult key about the possible oil in Georgia and charge Key 500,000$.
3- I will setup a law firm and give key a few advises about regulations related to the oil industry in Italy. I will charge key another 500,000$.
3- I will provide key with stationary and an office, I will charge key 100,000$.
4- I will contact a drilling company in Perth and ask them to drill in the middle of nowhere. I will give them a contract worth 1M$ and in exchange I get indirectly through my consultancy firm 300,000$.
5- I will look for a dis functional oil company in France that produce 50 barrels of oil. Key will give them 5M$ for this and another 500,000$ to my bank account.

Together I will put in my bank account : 300,000 + 500,000 + 500,000 + 100,000 + 300,000 + 500,000 = 2.2M$. After taxes + other costs, I will end up having 1.5M$ net in my bank account.

After this, I will put key in the hand of an administrator as I believe I have enough money and it is not fair to keep getting money from regular shareholders. One year is fair and it is enough for me. I am not that greedy!
