MCE have just had their AGM so the view is that the market is fully appraised of all relavent information post the AGM update. Therefore a trading widow useually applies for approx 1 month say.
So all directors are legally entitled to trade shares (sell or buy).
I think it is a good sign that a number have elected to buy
