So with that as a precedent "the facts to my knowledge ..." are not unreasonable.

The facts leading to my opinion came from the same source as "Oh dear" but why would I embarrass a confidant who might very well discontinue his/her confidances and, more importantly, consider me untrustworthy and a blabbing gasbag.

I know there is gas in the KC sandstones but I'm suspicious of how much. FYI MEL found gas in these same sandstones but not enough to be commercial which is why they didn't want it (PEL 479).

And, sorry, I'm not revealing who said that either.
