    These guys would be nuts to consider a cap raising at these levels...

    They would be better advised to liquidate their investment in that claytons oil and gas biz ie the one that doesnt want to dip its wick into the ground due to ongoing market rates always being too high or the drill bit not being the right shade of grey...
