i can't disclose to much - p&c
but the rules are in place that as long as the company discloses related party transactions thats all it needs to do - investors then decide if they want to go along for the ride or not
tbr discloses them, if Anton is indeed a shareholder/director in iron resources, i'm sure it will be disclosed, otherwise big trouble.
