Coming from some experience with materials handling (albeit more with dry products on gravity tables etc) the manufacturer was probably work well outside of their comfort zone. Sometimes it is easier to take 5% heavy material out than 50%.
Agree Peppie, they will sort it out, and there are far worse problems to have.

Annual report was a good read with a bit more detail on the finances. All looks good for a positive qtrly in Jan.
