Actually I suspect there is a two part deal being done here behind closed doors. Two part, I suspect, due to the prior resistance over the huge Zeta dilution and respective valuations on KEY and Zeta assets.

I think KEY wants to get the Canning assets approved and AFTER that announce a funding dilution to go hand in hand with that. Question is: what price are they going to dilute us at and how many 10's of millions of shares are going to be handed out to management and consultants etc similarly to the Zeta deal.

I would have **thought** given the huge money poured into existing assets and the ongoing potential and value of each of UK, KN, Suriname and also the potential for a WSS farm in; that any dilution would be done upwards of 3.9c.
But that depends I guess on how many snouts are going to be in the trough.
If a handful of well connected people see an opportunity to gut the resister and make themselves a quick million based on KEY's outlook becoming viable again, then I expect they will be doing it at 2c.

And that is the history of KEY so far - every raising done at around half the price of the prior. At this rate we will be a billion share company trading at less than a cent in two years at which time it would be time for a consolidation and continuation.

Certainly many would know about any plans for a capital raise down the road, and the inability of KEY to climb past two cents after the Zeta deal was scotched implies to me that the smart money is offloading in preparation for a part two dilution?
