I agree with the above posts but concerned that they have flagged the likelihood of raising further capital.
I thought the chairman's loan would see them through.
I would expect their revenues to increase q on q from here so we could see something like:
600K 800K 1m 1.2m
2.6m p.a. 20% GM 500K profit of 150-200K not too much of a stretch and that is without a massive MPS project.
You could argue it is pricey on those projections but it is very tightly held and not too many willing to sell down or perhaps that is because there aren't too many willing to buy either.
Not sure, but I can hardly fault them for their endeavours over the past 2-3 years. Ever since they got rid of the MD who blew more than 1m on FX losses. How HTI could do with that money right now!!!
