re: Ann: Nabanga Gold Prospect - New RC Drill...
To while away the time waiting for a MET JORC, here is a ratio to think about.
The ratio of value per share of gold in the ground (taken as resource oz at $A1582 per oz.) to share price. (Bigger should mean a better buy.)
Some West African Stocks.
Stock, price, no of shares(M), res oz(M), ratio
BSR 0.056, 353, 0.3, 20.1
AMX 1.515, 205, 2.2, 11.3
ADU 0.655, 451, 1.9, 9.7
GRY 1.455, 300, 2.0, 7.2
Talking only about Nabanga only, if MET res =0.3M oz Au, SP 0.32, its ratio would be 9.1. If res =0.5M (my pref estimate) its ratio would be 15.1.
A couple of high-ratio Australian Stocks for comparison.
DAU 0.25, 54, 0.6, 64.4
MYG 0.071, 404, 0.7, 38.7
GOR 0.335, 317, 1.1, 15.9
