Sorry I cant understand dilution.

WAL (Wavenet) currently hold App 10.4% of CLR and they are about to issued (Waiting on Qld transfer rubber stamp guess Late Nov) 7.2 million shares in CLR that’s a dilution to CLR not WAL and 7.2Mil @ CLR current price of $1.74 is $12.5 million.
Currently WAL has a market cap of $23.7 Mil. WAL currently holds 10.2% of CLR currently with CLR having a market cap of $171.8 Therefore WAL holds $17.18 Mil of CLR plus the share $12.5 Mil above equals $29.68 Million and as above WAL has a current Market cap of $23.7.

Therefore WAL when it receives the CLR shares should be rerated to at leats $0.60 I am punting $1.00.

Note Dilution is to CLR and CLRs data room is open to a takeover refer CLR announcement dated 17 OCT.
