When will these African countries learn to live together in peace?
Equally, they are all to blame for these problems of power, greed, revenge, tribal wars, and (to quote former president Clinton) "because they just like fighting".
Having done further research today, my impression is that sanctions will not be adopted in their current form, especially with regard to mining, there is simply too much corruption and mistrust within all of these countries, so who can you believe with any confidence?
