I would like to say:

Have a look at the Melbourne sky line, towers are going up every week, plus the labor hire that is attached as well!

Something for nothing..... Builders can't get Tower Cranes!

They are all booked up and they will be for sometime yet. This I KNOW is FACT.

Guess who they sold them too.....

A Grollo family member. ??? And why did they buy them???? Because there is a BOOM happening. Grollo's are not stupid.

I heard the deal comes along with a yard as well. $7.5mill, I think they sold cheaply into the BOOM. They could have waited and capitalized a little longer.

PS. My last post on this forum was Moderated. AND rightly so. After I published it I informed the moderators, I had mis-givings. But the information was correct.... It was about this sale. It was all out there in the industry.. but your mob were a bit slow telling you guys.
