onyx...we have about about 1.5 billion in the bank...that money will also be disbursed before sale has to be made...all i am saying is that if a TO situation does happen, 1.8$ p share will most likely come our way, the take over company doesnt take over the cash, it takes the assets...what the taking over company needs to lay down is the value of the assets.....especially having a port and coal assets...the port is the turning key here, which can be expanded and other parties can be allowed to pay for port usage and space by NHC if it expands it...i am sure the taking over company is looking at it mainly from a port angle (although the coal asstes are superb as well). ... Most companies will since they dont need to use someone else port on a time share....its all for the taking over company what they want to do with it...
