Hi Kazman, reading your post, may I just clear something Iam confused about. Do I understand that the bid could be around $6.50? Not clear about the divident you mentioned. NHC went ex div yesterday, so where does a $1.8 divident comes from? Thanks for an answer, it would be appreciated.
