Goarmy, you are permitted to quote what MUN has released to the ASX and tell us where the quote was obtained from, eg. June 2009 quarterly report, and make fair comment.

As an ex MUN shareholder myself I can understand where you are coming from.

But we all have to be very careful how we post in the public domain.

For example:

"Posters cannot imply, insinuate or state on public forums such as HotCopper that board members are not working in their shareholders best interests."

or

"Posters cannot imply, insinuate or state on public forums such as HotCopper that board members are hiding information from their shareholders."

or

"Posters cannot imply, insinuate or state on public forums such as HotCopper that board members lack integrity, are criminals or should be gaoled.

(Not saying any of these examples apply to what you have posted. They are given as general examples of what is not acceptable here or in any other company thread as it may be defamatory.)
