    re: Ann: WNI: Supplemental Circular re Takeov... Apparently the ASX are the ones who.decide if an announcement is price sensitive. That's why brockmans recent announcement about the board spill wasn't price sensitive. You should all send the ASX an email to ask them to explain why the announcement released on 19th Sep 2011 titled 'Board and Management Changes' wasn't deemed by the ASX to be price sensitive.
