I've found that technical analysis doesn't work well on small cap stocks and tend to place emphasis on fundmentals. All I see is that NHR is in downtrend, the volume spike last month looks precarious and that the 2 consecutive gaps up offer some hope assuming they dont get filled. Good luck if you are holding.
