sale of cranes,no spend on boom hire equipment assets, sell off of baden,some huge writeoffs on goodwill and LIKELY lower sales revenue going forward as the company has chosen to kinda put all its eggs into the one basket/operation.

the longer term outlook is bleak as any cash raised most likely will be used to pay down debt to keep the bankers happy and rolling over any obligations.

you can only do this for so long until the debt catches up then liquidators and administrators are appointed.

the winners will be the banks and private equity players.

my strong advice to mgmt would be the next time they receive a takeover offer......... ACCEPT IT !
