I appreciate the point you are trying to make. However, if the benefits of the Barrier tech were substantial enough at 250ktpa there would be no talk of needing ("required") to scale-up.
You also raised another point - MFC has just done a "feasibility study" which does not include the key piece of technology which is supposed to make the whole process feasible.
Maybe it just me being cynical, but MFC/PRW are like underperforming school students; always handing their work in late, and never admitting prior to deadline they are having completion problems. And what they do hand in doesn't contain the course material covered.
