re: Ann: EPC 1827 Cooroorah Shallow Secondary... This was a very small targeted drilling program to test the shallower coal seams to the east of the Jellinbah Fault. It was a postage stamp size area of only approx 1-2km . The 107m tonnes of Jorc resource on EPC1827 is to the west of the fault line. Of particular interest to me is the upcoming drilling west of the German Creek mine owned by Anglo Coal and Mitsui.This mine produces 5.5mt p/a of Australia's best hard coking coal for export.AQC has 100% of EPC1548 - West Geman Creek tennemant - which is adjacent to this mine.From the annual report

PROPOSED DRILLING:
Five open chip holes and one cored hole are planned for drilling in Q3-Q4 2011, each to a depth of 150m (Total
900m)
Drilling will provide a better understanding of geological structure and stratigraphy within the target area. Due to
a lack of data, the German Creek Formation seams are predicted to occur from 22m and 147m depth from
surface at the ML boundary. All holes will undergo lithological and geophysical logging.

If AQC intercept coal in this drilling program it would be safe to say a serious move higher would be on the cards as any junior with reasonable tonnage - upwards of 10mt of hard coking coal should be worth multiples of the current share price.
