maybe I know a little as am a journeyman millwright . I am aware of the existing mill but agree its probably of no value which is why I didnt mention it The time and money to replace conveyer belts and bearings I would think it would end up costing more than its worth.
The real value with NWR is in the high tenor of its ore bodies which are open to depth.
