I am into mining stocks and know nothing about this space. But my mate is a senior IT industry person and he suggests typically a company like OKN (if T.O is on the cards) will open a data room for interested parties to go through in the first phase.
He speculates the timing is ripe as the final results were just announced and are audited. Any tangible T.O activities would not have been possible without firstly resolving the Tenix case.
Although he reckons the timing of the transaction may be some months off, people who may be involved in advised the various parties would know and the share price will reflect that sooner or later. He also reckons the share price may have been artificially depressed for this very reason.
