    re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in ESG... By memory DB and BoA were buying up large chunks of AOE after the Shell offer was made.
    Plenty of us were hoping they were buying for another party who would make another offer.
    It didn`t happen and the acceptance vote went through easily.

    I hope it`s not history repeating itself!
