What would it cost us to break away and internalise our management? More than 4cents NTA?

Could we do this without costly legal bills?
Who cares about NTA? - it is the share price we all want to rise. We all want to see dividends and we all want security. If we get all the things we want and give up an arbitrary 4cents, then we are in front - aren't we?

Just playing devils advocate here, I know we will get pineappled in the beginning but SP value may go up to high 30's with the certainty restored.
