We disagree every October .. of course this year the world is approaching meltdown.

The announcement states they have binding commitments for 35 mill shares at 0.19 cents from several major elk shareholders. That accounts for 6.7mill cash which means they should have about 8mill in total.

I hope that the SPP take up is almost non existent ... the cynic in me expects that the 'several major ELK shareholders' do also. Healy who i expect has invested again has his son on the board ... to flog the spp shortfall to mug punters would be self detrimental.

I am more concerned with the oil price.
