InvestorPaul, totally agree with your summation. My concerns are more to do with their ability to raise the capital required to complete the transaction. With only 44 million shares on issue prior to this deal announced it can work for and against a company when trying to raise a large amount of capital.
A lot of IPO's are currently being deferred at the moment due to investors 'risk off' for greenfield projects. I'd be keen to see if they pull this off and the terms of the agreement. Tapping the market for $40+ million for a project that won't be producing for 5+ years will test the keenness of investors.
