A valid point, but at 17 still a 15% discount to what IGO paid, and in the event of exploration success this little minnow will need a big brother. I would in that event see IGO's presence as a protector from the many perils that often otherwise befall such minnows. I simply wouldn't be in such a minnow without the leverage of IGO's credibility being present.

But you are right one should only ever value 49% of any bluesky discovery.
