There are a number of options, most of which are exercised at far less than 0.35 (80% are at different prices). Of the 150million or so options, if they were all exercised, the average price would be 0.154 and that would add some 23million into the coffers.
I agree with you though that if things go right from here, the number of options won't matter a great deal in the long-term.
