I guess it is inevitable.
So how much to keep the staff in salaries for another year?

500 million shares at 1c for $5m?

Or will they go for the big billion shares at 1c for $10 million and 'promise' to drill the UK for a third time?

Or 2 billion shares for some cash and a project to boot?

I doubt it will be pro-rata though. Only capital raisings at after pumps to higher prices are pro-rata with these sorts of Perth companies.
