I mean seriously: we FARMED DOWN from 20% to 5% on Nyuni to be FREE CARRIED TO THE RESULT OF THIS WELL you *********! And now you go and give away the remaining 5% a couple of hours before the result??!! ***********!

So what is REALLY going on here?

I guess the Zeta deal is dead.
I guess the board consequently see it's days as numbered.
I guess they are now offloading the best assets to be paid back in kind at some future date via some other listing?
I guess there will be nothing left in a couple of months when this will either be tanked into admin or even better gutted even more violently than the Zeta deal to run the next cycle.

Unbelievable that ASIC can let these guys continue to manage public companies. I Guess it all boils down to the fact that the right sort of people are being taken to the cleaners and that is what the prime role of the ASX is for: distributing capital from the retail public.
