Using beginning of period equity and future eps estimates to calculate IV is a double wammy. Equity could double by a capital raising during the reporting period and eps estimates can and often are too high. I agree use a variety of methods to calculate approximate value no one can accurately calculate IV. There is no one formulation that is flawless. When are these contracts going to be announced.? Mce have never announced a single contract win.
