who gains ?

Well here we go again, I purchased shares from a $1.00 up to $1.90 on the statements given and the belief that this would be a long term holding, the chairman says this is a good deal for share holders?

Looking at the paperwork sent to me how is this a good deal for the shareholders ? you dont have a choice in reality.

Where is the company who said we need a better bid ? very quiet?

The deal was done without any knowledge of the shareholders until it is too late.

I AM AGAINST this is all we have left,
