re: a little light is shed A lightweight response by CST management to a very serious claim by RR.

First rule of media- use simple words!!!! CST just had to state it was wrong and that they are a growing start-up that doesn't fit RR formulae and clarify cash on hand, approvals and sales growth not measured in historic numbers.
Why didn't CST do the PR for Mondays press???. Did they not expect it to change CST price when RR are out freely promoting their new product and giving it to every insto as a trial?

2nd rule- regardless get your news across to public/shareholders.
CST yesterday had The Ages ear (closest you get to a retraction) and what did they do - debunk a little story but they did not promote any facts about their company going forward and the success it is currently achieving. Not often the media comes knocking on your door and an opportunity wasted I feel.

Rule 3 Media will only ever run the initial story and then half the retort so make your retort good and murder the statement by RR representative concerning their interpretation of their formula report. Unlikely media will give him a chance to reply and mud sticks

I hate companies that react to every little media story but when CST gets so little media it really should do an media release / newsletter and if necessary an ASX announcement and clarify it's current financial, sales and progress. Shareholders deserve this not to have a choppy volatile market price.

Funds unhappy!!!!!! For f---s Sake they got as many as they wanted at $2.40 , had no restriction on selling at over $3.00 and they are unhappy. Perhaps a few of the funds broking arms should release the internal research to the public that made them hold at over $3 and not consider selling.Bad karma to whinge about a 60+c a share gift!!
