If people/investors think the market will be bearish for a bit, and know the dividend will be a few months away, they might be moving money from EXS to shares with more risk. High risk = high reward (or lose your money). EXS would be on many people's watch list, but the SP is so stable, there's no rush. Many would be more willing to get in closer to the action, maybe.
