- The conditions are improved to Apollo's advantage compared to those discussed last year. 75 mil perf shares as opposed to 125 mil at each stage and I guess it was a given but we get a less risky option of 100 mil now + 150 with permit as opposed to 250 mil now assuming we have the permit.

yes, no? Did I miss something nasty (those 300 million options?)
