I would be VERY surprised if D & C sold. Also, you need to have a look at the background who owns D & C/makes up the remaining 44% shareholding. The Dyer and Coriat families are 2 of the richest families in Peru with extensive businesses across the country, I believe they also have funding from Nth American interests so I doubt that $$$ would be an issue here but I could be wrong.

Bout to get very interesting I think but I still reckon it'll go down like I said, either 50/50 or max 56/44 in SRK's favour.
