Yes Sushi you are right KRE will not become the next LYC without massive investment I never put the title up but it does grab ones attention KRE will be what it will be a REO explorer play that has a great asset 16mill+ in cash to explorer an increase the JORC resource to a size that will attract serious investor/insto's/predators/J.V
the mapping shows how much more exploration upside is to come the market values only the cash ? can't see much downside in the short term but do see major re-rating upside from the zero value place on CR all we need is a growing JORC through the drill bit
Day to day running of KRE is outside NAV non-exe directors control lets hope to see with more ownership of CR KRE will all move the NAV guys down the road..
how many JORC REO's floating round the world with zero value how much demand is in place demand is in place to double from 2010-2015
