Ivanhoe and Ivanhoe Australia are different.
Ivanhoe is the parent company and holds about 65% of Ivanhoe Aust.
Rio is nibbling away at the parent company.
Hope it hepls a little as i too am interested in Ivanhoe Aust but am waiting for a better entry.
