Clive Palmer was just trying to take a low blow at CSG as his pride was hurt a couple years ago when he tried to get a foot in the door with CSG himself but was refused. He may have even met with someone from BOW at the time.
Clive knows very little of CSG and proved the fact by his statements.In my opinion QLD CSG will probably be the best regulated in the world at this point in time.
