    All the comments are correct to some extent and yes they can compulsorily acquire all shares if they get to 90%.

    Ivan Glasenberg the South African CEO of Glencore is only worth about 9 billion since the float of Glencore . Yes thats correct $9,000,000,000 personally.

    As far as I'm concerned because of this offer he can have all his wealth but I wouldn't p... on him if he was on fire. I hope all these wonderful businessmen stay in Monaco with all their great mates.
