Basically they are finished . Totally incompetent board allowed previous CEO to run wild with ludicrous schemes. Stay clear of anything that Investec and Ponite are associated with in future.
Like at lot of these small to mid caps, or dare I say most listed companies ,it's astounding how they can blow big sums of money so quickly. Apart from greeed they must generally be incompetent morons.
