re: Ann: HDF achieves strong first half resul... Love this stock. Great result, with strong precontacted growth profile. Looks like divi could rise substantially next year once they have got past the construction phase of Stage 3.

I don't believe them that there will be no delays in the construction, seems impossible given the weather. It may be that there is no delay in meeting the contractual demands as they can bring sections online progressively.

Surprised there has been no takeover action, it is such a nice pure play now with very few issues. Once Stage 3 comes on line you will have to pay 30-40% more for the takeover.
