My interpretation of 'smart money' are those with the big bucks - instos, hedge funds, investment banks, etc. They are the ones who have the tools, the inside info, and the ones with pockets deep enough that they can control the SP, bring it up and down to test for supply, take it back up, etc. I define the 'herd' as everyone else.

I've been reading through the document in DG's sig (from whom I started learning about VSA, I'm still his disciple, so to speak!) and it makes lot of sense to me.

Anyway, let me know what you think. Feel free to write my work off as rubbish - but I would appreciate it if you could provide some constructive criticism so I can take something away from our discussion.
