LCE is a little investment company that appears to attract no comment. Maybe because it has lost its way.
Appears to have been a major error investing in PSH. The court action is but a pyrrhic victory and will add no value. In fact LCE is now selling down its PSH holding in the worst possible market. The company certainly needs more capital to invest at what is a good buying time.
The LCE board needs to attract some new talent, and management needs to recognise its limitations.
Is LCE paying dividends out of profits (which appear to have been negative for quite some time)or out of capital?
